A licensed plumber for Bella Vista, not a call centre
Blocked Drains Bella Vista puts you straight in touch with the licensed plumbers of Dr Leak Plumbing (operated by The Trades Near Pty Ltd), a family-owned and operated Sydney company founded by a plumber with more than 15 years on the tools. There’s no lead broker or marketing middleman here. The people who answer the phone, quote the job and clear your drain all work for the same licensed business.
This site exists so Bella Vista locals can reach a drain specialist fast. Our plumbers service Bella Vista and the surrounding Hills District around the clock, so a blocked drain at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm.

Drain problems we see in Bella Vista
Bella Vista sits in the heart of Sydney’s Hills District (postcode 2153), a modern suburb wrapped around the Norwest business park and bordering Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and Norwest. From newer PVC-lined family homes and the apartments near Bella Vista Metro to the offices along Norwest Boulevard, its drains cover the full spread, and we know the local ground well.
That local history means we can often pick the fault before the CCTV camera confirms it:
- Stormwater around the lakes & estates. The lakes and low-lying newer estates take a lot of runoff, and heavy Hills rain overwhelms stormwater pits that then choke and overflow.
- Settling on newer PVC lines. Even newer estate pipework shifts as fill soil settles, opening joints and dips where waste catches and blockages form.
- Renovated & extended homes. Add-ons and older renovations often leave behind poorly graded or badly joined drainage that blocks repeatedly.
- Units & strata drainage. Shared stacks and common drains need a plumber who can document the fault clearly for owners and strata managers alike.
- Commercial & office line build-up. Norwest offices, cafes and retail around Marketown push heavy daily use through their drains, so grease and debris build up and back lines up fast.
- Strata & apartment shared drainage. Bella Vista’s townhouses and apartment blocks share drainage runs, so one blockage needs a camera and the right access to clear it properly.
From Bella Vista Metro and Norwest Marketown to the offices along Norwest Boulevard and the walking tracks around Bella Vista Waters, a licensed local plumber is only minutes away. Same-day, 24/7.
Wherever you are, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Norwest or anywhere in the Hills District, the closest available crew is dispatched to you. See the full range of Bella Vista drain services we cover. How we work
-
1
Genuine 24/7 response
Call any hour and you speak to us, not an answering service. Nights, weekends and public holidays included.
-
2
Diagnose first, with CCTV
We put a drain camera down before we quote, so you see the actual fault. No guesswork, no scare tactics.
-
3
Upfront fixed price
You approve a fixed price before any work starts. The price we quote is the price you pay.
-
4
Fix it properly
From high-pressure jetting to no-dig pipe relining, we repair the cause, not just the symptom, so the blockage doesn’t come back.
